The mill
Hebei Yongyang Special Steel Group is based in the Yongnian Special Steel Industrial Park, Handan, Hebei. The mill was founded in 1993 with registered capital of RMB 417 million. The site covers about 960,000 m² and employs 4,200+ people. Annual capacity ismore than 1 million tonnes per year.
Core products include light rail, heavy rail, crane rail, mine timbering sections, I-beam, power angle steel, H-beam, spring flat, forklift flat, beam flat, alloy round, and quality carbon round. In the Chinese market, light rail accounts for more than 70%, industrial heavy rail about 60%, and forklift flat about 65%.
Yongyang built China’s first universal-mill light-rail line and the first heavy-rail universal mill whose core equipment is fully domestically made. The mill is recognized as a green factory by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. Certifications include ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, ISO18001:2007.
Export company
As products moved from domestic supply to overseas projects, the group established Yongyang Special Steel Import & Export to handle international quotations, documents, and shipment. Overseas buyers work with the Zhengzhou export office for RFQs, packing, and mill certificates.
