A clear RFQ saves rounds of clarification. Include at least:
- Standard and profile — e.g. UIC 60, GB 60 kg/m, AREMA
- Quantity and length — pieces or metric tons; fixed or variable lengths
- Destination — port, country, and preferred Incoterms
- Documents — mill test certificates and any third-party inspection
- Timeline — required ship window or project milestone
If you are comparing mills, also note hardness grade, end finishing, and packing method. Our team can translate these requirements into a production and logistics plan.
